About the role

As a production engineer, you will work at the interface between design and production, where your responsibility will be to ensure that production is optimized to achieve maximum efficiency. You will be part of a dynamic team of 18 people working closely together to improve production flows and ensure efficient and smooth production.

In your role, you will:

• Identify and analyze current work processes to create a more efficient workflow
• Plan how the workshop should be organized, focusing on optimizing material flow and the placement of workstations
• Review design documentation and ensure that they meet production requirements
• Act as the link between design and production, ensuring that any issues are identified and resolved early in the process.

Requirements for the position

• At least two years of work experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably as a production engineer or assembler
• A relevant post-secondary education, e.g. mechanical engineering, production engineering, or similar
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Swedish citizenship

It is an advantage if you have experience in:

• Working in systems such as DELMIA and IFS ERP9
• LEAN methodology and flow simulation
• Implementation of new products in production
• Experience in balancing and flow simulation
